St. Andrew’s Memory Care

You don’t have to deal with Alzheimer’s alone.

St. Andrews Care Center provides a warm, inviting and familiar environment for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our community focuses on programs that help individuals with memory loss to cope—even thrive—while managing the issues of dementia.

At St. Andrews, you will find warmth, acceptance, and, above all, patience. You will feel confident that our staff is giving your loved one the constant care and attention that one caregiver alone cannot be expected to provide. Our experience in memory care can make a real difference for those coping with the challenges of memory loss.

Our residential care community offers an atmosphere of home and comfort, reducing the feelings of loneliness and confusion. We understand how important this is to our residents and their loved ones. While providing the best in customized care for our residents, we also provide support and education for families, helping the entire family enhance their understanding and happiness.

Our historic building has residential rooms on four floors. Each floor has its own home-like atmosphere and designed to make the transition to a new living environment as easy as possible.

Daily life at St. Andrews allows residents to feel at home and enjoy the companionship of neighbors who become good friends in a family-like setting. This encourages social interaction and participation in daily activities. Just as our programs are designed to provide support, stimulation, and education, our residence is designed to meet the daily needs of our residents for social interaction, personal space, and a supportive community.

Both private and companion rooms are available. West-facing rooms look up to wooded Mt. Tabor Park and surrounding homes. Eastside rooms overlook our secure grounds and gardens with a spectacular view of Mt. Hood.

Our barrier-free community features continuous walking and outdoor opportunities, while along the way providing familiar living rooms, pets, outdoor areas, lounges and quiet spaces.

To provide safety and security, our building has magnetic doors controlled by keypads, including the elevators. Our gardens are gated and locked and also controlled by security codes. There are emergency pull cords located in all resident rooms.
