Summary
Tim’s entire career has been dedicated to caring for the elderly in the long-term care and assisted living industry. Since 1990 Tim has been working in senior living communities and has always taken a hands-on approach to management. After starting his career as the Administrator of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Tim quickly took on executive level responsibilities through managing Prestige Care’s portfolio of SNFs and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF). In 2006, Tim started Premier Senior Living as a senior living management company which owns and operates long-term care (LTC) and ALFs in the greater Portland, Oregon area. Tim takes pride in his ability to build teams that are able to accomplish great achievements for residents and community owners.

- During his tenure as the Director of the ALF Division Tim was involved in the development, construction, lease-up, and stabilized operations of 30 ALFs in the Western 7 States.
- Tim’s operational oversight included daily management of communities, staff hiring and training, financial results, quality of care outcomes, and the regulatory process.
