There are a variety of activities, every day that provide you the opportunity to socialize with your neighbors in our wonderful community. We have a beauty salon, on site, where you are able to set appointments to have your hair cut and styled or choose to have a manicure or pedicure. Nestled within Tanner Spring, you will find an eclectic collection of books in our library, a cozy spot to read and relax, as well as a place to play a good game of billiards. You can also attend a variety of services in our chapel or take a stroll on paved sidewalk paths along our 5 acres of exquisitely groomed grounds. Perhaps you will want to stop and take a moment to sit down on a bench and enjoy the vast mountain views in our beautiful memorial garden.
During the warm summer months, our ice cream parlor opens for you to share a sweet creamy treat with family and friends. We have an onsite bus service which gives you the independence you need to schedule a ride to your doctor appointments or go on a scheduled trip to the grocery store. We understand how important the small things in life are and we strive to make every comfort available to you!
Accommodations
We feature individual climate controlled apartments where you can adjust the temperature for heating or air conditioning. All of our apartments feature a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. There is plenty of storage and counter space to put kitchen wares, snacks, and beverages for those times when you don’t use our full service dinning room or want to entertain guests in your own apartment. Our homes are designed for wheelchair accessibility and equipped with an in-house emergency pull cord call system. You are never alone; you have access to our care team around the clock, twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty five days a year.
Tanner Spring provides complimentary basic cable service for our residents at no additional cost. Our professional and courteous staff will clean your apartment on a bi-weekly basis and our maintenance director is awaiting your phone call for any maintenance or repairs concerning your apartment. From changing the light bulbs and defrosting refrigerators to plumbing repairs you will no longer need to worry, we have it covered.
Three delicious meals are prepared daily by our chef and served by our team in our dinning room. Care givers are on site and on call, twenty-four hours daily. We also have qualified medication aids that will assist you with your medications, as well as monitor vital signs concerning your health. Tanner Spring also has a dedicated Registered Nurse on duty who oversees all medical care and medication distribution.

To provide a complete picture of wellness, our activities director offers a well rounded activities program which includes social events, crafts, weekly musical entertainment, and physical exercise programs. You can choose to go shopping or go on one of our numerous outings to local theaters, museums, country excursions and local West Linn community events.
